Vicki Modine has never been away from sleepy McEntee Sprints, population 642. Now her father is starting a new career and his own business. The problem: it means moving her and the family to a bustling suburb of Portland, Oregon.
Between new enemies at school and unexpected challenges to her faith, Vicki isn’t so sure the blessings are worth the potholes, and she doesn’t want to ask God to make things better.
